- Plank and herringbone LVT, set out and fitted by hand. Borders, feature strips and thresholds finished properly.
- Subfloor preparation
- Latex screed, ply or damp-proofing where the floor needs it. Agreed with you and shown on the quote.

- Plank widths, herringbone, borders and feature strips, chosen to suit the room.

Is LVT waterproof?
LVT itself is water-resistant, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Standing water should still be mopped up.
Does LVT need subfloor preparation?
Almost always. LVT shows every bump underneath, so we level the floor first. The prep is included in your quote.
How long does an LVT installation take?
A typical room is one to two days including preparation. Herringbone and larger areas take longer and we tell you upfront.
Can LVT be fitted in herringbone?
Yes. We fit herringbone and other patterns alongside straight plank layouts.
